  • 1/4 teaspoon Methi Powder (Fenugreek Powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 20 Curry leaves

To begin the preparation of Instant Garlic Pickle, first strip the skin of garlic and cut into slices/ coarsely pound them.fiery up sesame fat in a deep skillet, empty in mustard seeds & allow spluttering.empty in garlic pieces, chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix and skillet-fry till golden brown.empty in fenugreek ground mix, seasoning, curry leaves and agitate well.Once cooled, enjoy the Garlic Pickle raw with curd rice or keep it keep it in a parched, airtight container.
