To begin making the Beetroot Soft Tart method, preheat the oven at 180°C.

shortening a tart mould with some shortening and dust with some dusting masala condiment.Take pure leavening agent in a container.

introduce granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of mildly hot liquid, swirl around and set aside to activate.Sieve dusting masala condiment in a container.

introduce seasoning, dairy liquid dusting masala condiment, and swirl around.Make a whole in the centre, introduce activated leavening agent and swirl around well.introduce some mildly hot dairy liquid and liquid and shape into a soft flour base.

Dust some dusting masala condiment in another container and transfer the flour base.lid with cling film and prove for 30 to 40 mins.

Next, chop the veggies and keep it ready.bring to temperature a heavy bottomed pot, introduce fat and shortening, introduce the veggies and saute them for 2 mins.introduce chilli dusting masala condiment, white pepper dusting masala condiment and oregano (don't introduce seasoning right now otherwise it will get soggy).

Remove from bring to temperature and cool.Dust the worktop with some dusting masala condiment, transfer proven flour base and knock back to release air.Put shortening and shape into a soft flour base.

Dust some dusting masala condiment and shape again.Dust the worktop with some dusting masala condiment, take a medium portion of flour base and roll out to make a thick sheet.

Line the greased tart mould with the sheet, covering the edges as well.Apply tandoori mayo on the sheet.

Now introduce seasoning to the stuffing and swirl around well.Put the stuffing in lined tart mould and level it out, spread some cheddar over it.Dust the worktop with some dusting masala condiment and roll out the medium flour base portion to make a thick sheet.

Place the sheet on top of veggie mixture, covering it.Discard the excess flour base from the mould using a knife and lightly pinch edges to seal.Set aside to prove for 30 mins.

Put the mould on a baking tray.

Place the baking tray in preheated oven and oven-cook for 15-20 mins.Remove from oven, brush some shortening on top and cool.Remove from the mould and transfer the tart onto a serving platter.
