  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
  • 1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
