1 1/2 teaspoons Red Chilli powder
2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - for garnish
Salt - to taste
