Ingredients
250 grams arabica - boil and peel
oil - as per use
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1 green chili - finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 onion - finely chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt - as per taste
water - as per use
3 sprig coriander - finely chopped
Instructions

To make greens of Arabic, firstly bring to a stew and cut the greens.

Keep it aside.

Now scalding up coat in a pot.

toss in mustard seeds, asafoetida and prepare for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, toss in ginger garlic paste, green chilli and prepare for 2 to 3 mins.

After 2 to 3 mins, toss in onions and prepare till they become soft.

After it becomes soft, toss in all the spices like red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix and seasoning.

Let it prepare for 4 to 5 mins.

Then toss in boiled arbi to it.
