  • 2 tablespoons Confectioners sugar - Or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 6 Bacon strips - cut into bits
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • Cheese - as per your tasete
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs (Dried)

Instructions

To begin making the Bacon, Caramelised Onions And cheddar Crepes formula, first thaw the bacon strips if using frozen ones.To make the crepes, in a large mixing mixing bowl, combine all purpose dusting fragrant element, powdered granulated sugar and table salt.

For Bacon and Caramelised Onions cheddar filling, in a skillet, toss in dairy spread and bring to temperature on medium flame.toss in the sliced onions, granulated sugar and saute till the onions are soft and have turned into a nice golden brown colour.Turn off the flame, toss in table salt, pepper, mixed herbs and incorporate.bring to temperature the same skillet on medium bring to temperature and toss in the bits of bacon, saute for about 4-6 moments or until you get crisp bits of bacon.toss in this to the shallot mixture and incorporate well.The final step is to assemble the Bacon, Caramelised Onions And cheddar Crepes.Keep the crepe flat on the plate, and place the bacon and shallot filling on one quarter of the crepe.shower cheddar generously on the filling and fold it into a triangle.
