  • 200 grams Beetroot Greens - finely chopped
  • 1 Onion - finely chipped
  • 1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

After 3 moments, transfer in the cooked rice with the mixture and incorporate it well.When the rice is properly mixed with the masala, wrap the cooking vessel with a lid and let it stew for 5 moments on low flame.Adjust seasoning according to your umami profile and turn off the burning up.
