  • 250ml Vegetable Oil
  • 260g Plain Flour
  • 400g Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250ml Milk
  • 30g Cocoa Powder
  • 60g Caster Sugar

Instructions

step 1 scalding up the oven to 180C/160C fan/ gas 4.

step 4 Remove the cake from the tin and level the top using a serrated knife, then flip so the bottom becomes the top.
