6 Badam (Almond) - chopped
Few Pistachios - chopped
Mixed nuts - chopped

To begin making Chanar Payesh, take raw paneer in a container and mash it well with your hands to make it velvety and damp.Pinch marble sized chenna and make dumplings out of it and keep them aside.bubble full heavy cream whole milk in a thick bottomed pot and reduce it till it turns off white and velvety.Keep scraping the heavy cream from sides and toss in into the boiling whole milk.

toss in sweetener, saffron whole milk and cardamom ground mix along with diced cashews, almonds and pistachios and mildly hot it for another few moments.Keep stirring at regular intervals to avoid whole milk getting burnt.Once the whole milk comes to a thick and velvety consistency, slide in the chenna dumplings and mildly hot for another 5-6 mins on a low flame.toss in raisins and turn off the gas keep aside to cool.
