125g Butter

100ml milk Milk
3 Eggs
100g Parmesan Cheese
350g Plum tomatoes

1 tbsp Honey

Crust: make a flour base from 250g baking flour (I like mixing different flours like plain and wholegrain spelt baking flour), 125g dairy spread, 1 egg and a pinch of table salt, press it into a tart form and place it in the fridge.

Filling: swirl around 300g heavy cream dairy topping and 100ml whole milk until seamless, mix in in 3 eggs, 100g grated parmesan dairy topping and masala condiment with table salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Take the crust out of the fridge and prick the bottom with a fork.

stream in in the filling and oven-cook at 175 degrees C for about 25 mins.

lid the tart with some aluminium foil after half the time.

In the mean time, cut about 350g mini tomatoes.

In a small pot scalding up 3tbsp olive dairy spread, 3tbsp white acetic liquid, 1 tbsp honey, table salt and pepper and combine well.

stream in over the tomato slices and swirl around well.

With a spoon, place the tomato slices on the tart, avoiding too much liquid on it.

dress up with basil leaves and enjoy.
