1/2 cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum)
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
Water - to knead

To begin making the Jowar Atta Roti/ Phulka method, keep all the components ready. Into a large mixing container, mix in jowar ground mix, whole wheat ground mix and seasoning to palate.

mix in little aqua at a time to shape to make a creamy pastry mix.

trickle 1 teaspoon of oil towards the end and shape until the pastry mix comes away from the sides of the pot and is creamy.Divide the pastry mix into lemon size portions.

Take a portion of the pastry mix and dust it in wheat ground mix.

Roll the pastry mix into a 5 to 6 inch diameter circle.Place the rolled out pastry mix on a preheated skillet and bring to temperature for a few seconds until small bubbles appear on the surface.Flip and bring to temperature the roti for a few seconds and place it over the open flame.

bring to temperature till Jowar roti puffs up.

Keep flipping and making the Jowar Atta Roti till brown spots appear on both sides and the roti is cooked through. Once done transfer the Jowar Atta Roti onto a serving plate.

trickle ghee around the roti and offer immediately. offer the Jowar Atta Roti method along with Panchmel Dal, Aloo Baingan Ki Sabzi and Satvik Carrot Sprout Salad to make it a complete meal.
