  • 18 grams Tamarind
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh coconut - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
