  • 100 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cubed
  • 1 cup Green beans (French Beans) - chopped
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mustard oil - for cooking

Instructions

To begin making the Manipuri Style Sana Thongpa method  bring to temperature a skillet with lubricate,mix in the cumin seeds and let the cumin seeds crackle.mix in the onions along with ginger garlic paste and saute them well till the onions turn golden brown, then mix in in the green beans and paneer.

Squte till the beans are cooked.mix in turmeric ground mix, table salt and dairy liquid and low-boil the Manipuri Style Sana Thongpa for few seconds, finally scatter coriander leaves and present. present the Manipuri Style Sana Thongpa method (Paneer and Green Beans in dairy liquid coulis method) along with indian bread like Puri or  Matar Ki Puri for a weekend brunch.
