2 Green Chillies - slit
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) seeds
2 sprig Curry leaves
2 Dry Red Chillies
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - small bunch chopped
