  • 4 Onions - thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato - chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Mint Leaves (Pudina) - small bunch chopped
