450g Dried white beans
4 cloves Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
1 teaspoon Thyme
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
100g Bread
100g Chorizo
1 Onion
3 tsp Paprika
1 L Chicken Stock
Handful Parsley
6 Hake
Instructions

step 1
empty out the beans, then tip into a large skillet with 2 litres of moisture.

low-boil with the whole garlic cloves, bay leaves and thyme for 30 mins or until cooked and yielding.

Remove from the mildly hot and set aside.

Meanwhile, mildly hot 2 tbsp lubricate in a frying skillet.

skillet-fry the bread with the remaining garlic clove.

When golden and crisp, scoop out and empty out on kitchen paper.

mix in the chorizo to the skillet, skillet-fry until crisp, tip out and keep mildly hot with the bread.

mix in another 2 tbsp lubricate and the shallot to the skillet, and make for 5 mins until softened.

swirl around in the paprika.

empty out the beans and mix in to the onions with the chicken stock and 2 tsp table salt.

make for 5-10 mins.

swirl around through the parsley and keep mildly hot.

notes the hake and mildly hot the remaining 2 tbsp lubricate in the frying skillet.

Put the hake, skin-side down, in the skillet and make for 3-5 mins over a mediumhigh mildly hot to crisp up the skin.

Flip the fish over and make for a further 3-5 mins until cooked through.

Spoon the white bean incorporate into bowls, place the hake on top and finish with the fried bread, chorizo and a little more thyme.
