  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few leaves
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
  • 1 Onion - roughly chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies
