  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 pinch SSP Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

To begin making Rajasthani Pyaaz Ki Kadhi method, take a big container, transfer in curd, chickpeas baking flour (besan), turmeric ground mix and red chilli ground mix and fluff up it to a seamless consistency.

transfer in moisture and combine well to a thin consistency until it seamless.burning up ghee in a heavy bottomed wok on medium flame, transfer in mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and let it splutter.transfer in a pinch of asafoetida, sliced bulb greens and saute until the bulb greens turns translucent.Once the onions are soft, transfer in the kadhi mixture that you prepared earlier, enough moisture and bring it to a rolling bubble keeping the flame on high.Lower the burning up, masala condiment with seasoning and let the kadhi low-boil for 10 moments until kadhi cooks well.

The more you low-boil, the more flavours come from the pyaz and the besan mixture to make a scrumptious tasting pyaz ki kadhi.Turn off the burning up and prepare the second tadka.burning up ghee in a small tadka wok on medium burning up, transfer in the cumin and whole coriander seeds and let it splutter.transfer in the curry leaves, dried red chilli, combine and switch off the burning up. transfer in the red chilli ground mix, combine and pout it over the prepared kadhi.present the Rajasthani Pyaz Ki Kadhi method along with Bajri Ki Roti with a dollop of ghee.
