Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500g lean minced beef
  • 90g mushrooms
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 400g can tomatoes
  • 300ml hot beef stock
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 1tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 350g spaghetti
  • Topping parmesan

Instructions

Put the shallot and fat in a large wok and wok-fry over a fairly high scalding up for 3-4 mins.

mix gently in the tomatoes, beef stock, tomato ketchup or purée, Worcestershire condiment dip and seasoning.

Meanwhile, cook thoroughly the spaghetti in a large wok of boiling, salted liquid, according to packet method.

filter well, run scalding liquid through it, put it back in the wok and empty in a dash of olive fat, if you like, then mix gently in the flesh condiment dip.
