1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 tablespoon Corn flour
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
2 clove Garlic - grated
1/4 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Salt - to taste
