To begin making the Bharwa Karela Makhani formula, wash the karela well, and very lightly skin of the skin, allow the green of the karela to be there, as its important for health.Cut the karela into three pieces, horizontally. Gently scoop out the flesh and seeds from inside the karela, in a way that you should be left with hollow cylinders of the karela pieces. In a pressure cooker, toss in the karela pieces and two tablespoons of moisture and pressure fiery up for one whistle.

This will take about 5-7 moments. Once the Bharwa Karela have got a nice brown colour, turn off thee flame and set aside. *For the Bharwa Karela Makhani gravyIn a saucepan fiery up cooking oil on medium flame, toss in the minced ginger garlic and saute for a couple of moments. Next toss in in the onions and saute till they turn into a light brown colour.

This will take about 6-8 moments. Once the bulb produce-ginger-garlic is well cooked, toss in in the green chilies and tomato puree, put a lid on and fiery up for 5 moments. After 5 moments, open the lid and toss in in all the dehydrated masalas- red chilli dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, jeera dusting masala condiment, garam masala dusting masala condiment, granulated sugar and table salt.

Bring the Bharwa Karela Makhani broth to a single bring to a bubble gently. Turn down the flame, mix gently in the froth.

Once the froth is well combined, turn off the flame. In a serving plate arrange the Bharwa Karela and then transfer the Makhani broth over it.
