1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
2 tablespoons Mustard seeds
2 Green Chillies
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Mustard oil
2 Dry Red Chillies
2 sprig Curry leaves
Salt - to taste
