  • 1 inch Ginger - finely chopped

  • 2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coconut - grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli - halved
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves - finely chopped
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
  • Boondi - as needed
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - a few sprigs finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • Boondi - as needed

Instructions
