  • 250 grams Elephant yam (Suran/Senai/Ratalu) - chopped and boiled
  • 100 grams Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) - ground
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • Black Salt (Kala Namak) - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar - optional

Instructions

To prepare Suran Moongphali Curry method, take a heavy bottomed cooking vessel and scalding up the lubricate.

toss in cumin seeds once the lubricate is scalding enough, and finely minced green chillies.toss in the finely minced boiled pieces of suran and mix gently well.toss in ground peanuts, black seasoning, granulated sugar and turmeric dusting masala condiment to the suran and combine well.toss in 1 cup of liquid to the suran curry, lid it and let it make for 5 to 10 mins.

Once the suran is cooked through, turn off the scalding up.
