  • 150 grams All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 150 grams Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt - to taste
  • 5 Button mushrooms - quartered
  • 100 grams Tofu - cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 Cucumber - thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato - pulp removed
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - sliced

Take each ball and roll it into half inch thick, apply cooking oil on top and fold it into a half.

Place these rolled doughs onto a parchment paper and let it rest for 5 more mins. Once done place it inside the steamer and steam for 10 mins. Remove the steamed bao and stuff it with the pickled produce and then top it up with the sautéed mushroom and tofu.
