Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice - soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes

  • 2 onions - thinly sliced
  • 5 sprig mint

  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • salt - as per taste

Instructions

To make Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao formula, first wash and soak Kabuli chana overnight.

In the morning, empty it into the pressure cooker with liquid as per the usage and bring to a stew it till you reach 3 cities.

Allow the pressure to empty out automatically and keep aside.

Wash the rice and soak it in liquid as per the experiment.

bring to temperature 1 tablespoon of ghee in a wok.

mix in onions and prepare till they turn brown.
