  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Ghee - to cook

Instructions

For the Dal fillingTo begin making Bhugi Dal Paratha formula - Moong Dal Paratha, wash and soak the dal for 30 moments.In a cooking vessel, mix in the washed and soaked dal, with seasoning, haldi and one cup of aqua (use the aqua that the dal was soaked in)bring to a stew this dal in the open cooking vessel on medium flame for 10-12 moments.

Divide the flour base into large lemon side balls.Dust the flour base portions in baking flour, flatten it and roll it into a 3 inch diameter circle.Place about 2 tablespoons of the stuffing in the center, gather the edge and seal it.

Carefully roll it out into a circle about 6-7 inches in diameter.bring to temperature a skillet over medium bring to temperature and arid-fry the moong dal paratha in cooking oil until cooked through, and has golden brown spots on both sides.Repeat with the remaining portions of the flour base and the Dal paratha filling. offer this Bhugi Dal Paratha formula - Moong Dal Paratha with Roasted sindhi papad and Boondi Raita formula Spiced With Black seasoning for a complete meal.
