Ingredients

  • 8 green onion leaves - cut
  • 1 cup boondi
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • oil - as per use
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon garlic - paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

Instructions

To make produce of boondi and green bulb produce, first bring to temperature cooking oil in a pot.

mix in cumin and asafoetida and bubble gently it for 10 seconds.

Now mix in garlic paste and bubble gently for 2 mins.

mix in coconut dusting seasoning to it and bubble gently it for 30 seconds.

Now mix in turmeric dusting seasoning, coriander dusting seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning, garam masala dusting seasoning and seasoning.

Now mix in green bulb produce leaves and bubble gently for 3 to 4 mins.

After this mix in tomatoes and some moisture.
