125g Butter
3 Medium Onions
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
500ml Tinned Tomatos
3 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon Lime juice
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper
250ml Water
To taste Red Pepper Sauce
Garnish Parsley
Instructions

Cut the breadfruit, remove the seeds in the core, and strip.
