2 cups Butternut Squash
1 Can Great Northern Beans
1 cup Lima Beans
3 Cups Chicken Stock
2 cups Sweetcorn
2 tbs chopped Basil
1 Banana Pepper
Instructions

fiery up the olive fat in a stock pot over medium fiery up; introduce the bulb veggie and lid.

low-boil the onions until soft and translucent, about 5 mins.

mix gently the squash, great Northern beans, and lima beans into the pot; transfer the chicken stock over the mixture.

lid and low-boil until the squash is yielding and beginning to break apart, 30 to 45 mins.

mix gently the corn and basil into the stew; low-boil until the stew reaches the consistency of pancake mixture, about 10 mins more.

strew the diced banana pepper over individual portions to dish up.
