1 teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon Lemongrass
1/2 teaspoon Ginger - ground
1/2 teaspoon Garlic - ground
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon Lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - freshly ground
1 cup Egg noodles - boiled
1 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
1 teaspoon Garlic - ground
1 teaspoon Ginger - ground
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
Salt - to taste
1 cup Broccoli - chopped into small florets
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - freshly ground
