  • 2 Onions - finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots (Gajjar) - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 2 cups Homemade tomato puree - blanched and pureed
  • 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs (Dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 200 grams Britannia Cheese Block - grated
