1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
2 Whole Eggs
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Butter - melted
1 pinch Salt
3 Plum - cored and chopped
8 Strawberries - chopped
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves

To begin making the Buckwheat Crepes method with Fruit Compote, first prepare the plum and strawberry compote.wipe down and chop the fruits and transfer them into a heavy bottom skillet, along wit h the brown granulated sugar, cinnamon ground mix and thyme.Place the skillet on the bring to temperature and allow the fruit to bubble gently down till it begins to bubble.

Reduce the bring to temperature and bubble gently for about 15-20 mins till the plums are cooked but not mushy.Set the compote aside and prepare the pancakes.

For the pancakes, Sift together buckwheat ground mix, whole wheat ground mix, baking ground mix, baking soda and seasoning in a mixing mixing bowl.In another mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, buttermilk, melted dairy spread and brown granulated sugar till blended well.mix in the egg-buttermilk (wet components) mixture to the sifted ground mix and beat together gently till it forms a even liquid base.Place a skillet on the bring to temperature and preheat it.When ready to make the crepes, stream in a ladle full of pancake liquid base on the toasty skillet and gently spread it into a thin layer, using outward circular motions.bubble gently on medium bring to temperature for two mins.
