Ingredients
250 grams Squid - (Cleaned and cut into rings)
10 Shallots
2 Tomatoes
1/2 inch Ginger - grated
4 cloves Garlic - minced
3 sprig Curry leaves
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon Meat masala
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

To begin making Calamari char method (Kerala Style Squid), in a pressure cooker, take cleaned squid rings with turmeric, seasoning and ¼ cup aqua.Pressure char for 1 whistle.
