  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 capsicum (yellow) - cut
  • 1 capsicum (red) - cut
  • 1 capsicum (green) - cut
  • 1 onion - cut
  • curry leaves - little
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 1/2 cup peanuts - roast
  • 1 tablespoon coconut
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 3 cloves garlic - unpeeled
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 4 sprig green coriander - chopped

Instructions

To make capsicum masala poriyal, first bring to temperature cooking oil in a pot.

toss in mustard seeds and prepare for 15 seconds.

Now toss in shallot and prepare till the shallot becomes soft.

After the shallot becomes soft, toss in all three capsicum, curry leaves, seasoning and let it prepare for 5 moments.

Now put the fixings in a blender to make the ground mix and grind it.

toss in this ground mix to the capsicum and toss together.
