1/2 cup Red Pepper
1/2 cup Green Pepper
1/2 cup Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 Scotch Bonnet

Rinse lobster under cold running aqua.

Bring aqua and seasoning to bubble in a 12 quart pot.
