Ingredients

  • 200 grams sweet corn
  • 1 cup peanuts - grind to a paste
  • make 3 tomatoes - puree
  • 1 inch ginger - peel and tighten
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 3-4 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt - as per taste
  • 4 sprig coriander - chopped

To make the fiery maize masala method, first put nectarous corn in a pressure cooker with moisture and table salt.

Now mildly hot lubricate in a pot.

mix in cumin, ginger, asafoetida, groundnut dusting seasoning and make for 1 minute.

Now mix in tomato puree, turmeric dusting seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning, garam masala, green chilli and make till it boils.

After the boiling comes mix in corn.

mix in table salt as per palate and let it make for 3 to 4 moments.

lid the pot and make for another 5 moments.

Turn off the gas and finish off with green coriander.

offer the fiery Corn Masala method with Phulka and Tomato bulb greens Tadka Raita for dinner.
