To make Cheesy Aloo Paratha, first take a big container.

empty in baking flour, table salt, fat, liquid and fold it.

After this we will prepare the masala for filling it.

empty the potatoes in a pressure cooker with liquid and table salt and bake till 3 o'clock.

Once done, pare off and mash it.

Now mildly hot fat in a pot.

After 10 seconds, empty in asafoetida, finely minced bulb greens, green chillies, ginger and table salt.

bake till the bulb greens becomes soft.

Now empty in mashed potato, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix, cumin ground mix, garam masala ground mix, chaat masala, table salt and bake for 3 to 4 moments.

empty in and purée well.

Before making the parathas, fold the flour base once more.

And make small balls from this flour base.

strew a little baking flour and make a small roti.

Keep the spices in the center and close it from all sides.

Press into the middle and turn it into bread.

Bale gently so that the spices do not come out.

Now mildly hot a griddle and place the paratha over it.
