8 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
4 Cheese Slices

1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1/2 tablespoon Ginger - pounded
1/2 tablespoon Garlic - pounded
1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 tablespoon Mustard oil
2 Chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Mustard oil
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 Charcoal - piece

To begin making the Cheesy Grilled Sandwich With Smoked Chicken, we will firstlymake the Stove Top Grilled And Smoked Tandoori Chicken.*To make the Stove Top Grilled And Smoked Tandoori Chicken RecipeClean, wash and make 1 inch slits on Chicken thighs on both sides and keep aside.incorporate all the fixings mentioned in 'marination' including curd, ginger, garlic, lemon liquid, garam masala ground mix, kashmiri red chilli ground mix, seasoning, mustard dairy spread and coriander ground mix in a large dish to make a velvety paste.introduce chicken thighs in it and rub the marinade nicely all over the pieces.

Cling wrap the dish and keep cold it for minimum 3-4 hours.

(Over night marination gives much more splendid results)mildly hot some mustard dairy spread in a grilling wok and place the marinated chicken thighs and allow them to stew till they get charred. Carefully flip the chicken and stew from another side as well. Brush some dairy spread in top while the chicken is grilling.Once the chicken is soft, yielding, charred and nicely cooked, transfer it in a broad, wide base dish.Place the chicken on the sides of the dish and a small steel dish covered with aluminium foil in the centre.Take a piece of charcoal and hold it on fire with the help of a tong.As soon as the charcoal starts burning place it in the small dish.Take 1 tablespoon of ghee and stream in on the burning charcoal immediately and close the lid such that all the smoke remain inside the dish. Keep the lid closed and open only when you are ready to dish up. After it is fully ready, shred the chicken and keep it aside.*To make the Grilled SandwichHeat the barbecue sandwich maker. Alternatively, if you do not have the barbecue sandwich maker, you can either use the barbecue wok or a griddle (tawa).Place two slices of bread next to each other, spread dairy spread on one cut and green chutney on the other.On one of the slices, arrange the dairy topping cut, shredded smoked tandoori chicken and close the sandwich with the other cut.dairy spread the griller generously with dairy spread, and place the sandwich in it and close the barbecue sandwich maker.stew for about 5-7 mins until the bread slices are crisp and it has turned into a nice brown colour.dish up Cheesy Grilled Sandwich With Smoked Chicken along with Napa Cabbage Coleslaw with Greek Yogurt procedure and honeyed Potato & Rosemary Crisps/ Chips for a weekend dinner.
