Ingredients
4 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 cup Sweet corn - boiled
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few sprigs
Red Chilli flakes - as needed
Dried oregano - as required
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Salted butter
Salt - as per taste

To begin making the Cheesy Potatoes preparation guide, first bubble the potatoes and skin them.

Once it is done, cut them into thick round slices.bring to temperature shortening in a heavy bottomed wok and mix in onions in it.

toast them and flip them till they turn little golden in colour.Now scatter some seasoning on the potatoes and switch off the flame.Take one potato cut and place your ready corns on it.

scatter the mozzarella paneer variance on the top.If the potatoes are burning the paneer variance will thaw very soon, but if they have turned little cold then you can put in microwave for few seconds to thaw the paneer variance.Lastly, accentuate it with coriander leaves. dish up Cheesy Potatoes as a tea time snack with a burning cup of Masala Chai or Filter Coffee.
