Ingredients

  • 1 कप गवार फली - धोकर काट ले
  • 1 कप कद्दू - छीलकर काट ले
  • 1 प्याज - काट ले
  • 5 लहसुन - कस ले
  • 4 सुखी लाल मिर्च - काट ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च मेथी के बीज
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च सौंफ  - सेक कर क्रश कर ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च अमचूर
  • 2 छोटा चमच्च मूंगफली  - सेक कर पाउडर कर ले
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले (गार्निश के लिए)

Instructions

mix in fennel, coriander ground mix, mango ground mix to it and combine.

mix in table salt and 1/2 cup of aqua.

bring to temperature until 1 city comes and then let it bring to temperature for 5 mins on low bring to temperature.

After the pods and pumpkin are cooked, mix in peanut ground mix to it, combine and let it bring to temperature for the next 2 mins.

After making, decorate with green coriander and enjoy burning.
