1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoons Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
Sunflower Oil - as required to deep fry
2 inch Ginger - finely chopped
8 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 Onion - sliced
2 Green Chillies - sliced
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
2 Spring Onion Greens - finely chopped
