  • 2 tablespoons Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
  • Sunflower Oil - as required to deep fry
  • 2 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 8 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 2 Green Chillies - sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 2 Spring Onion Greens - finely chopped

Instructions
