500 grams Boneless chicken - chopped to chunks
1/2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
3 tablespoon Garlic - ground to paste
2 tablespoon Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
1/2 cup Sunflower Oil

To begin making Chicken Masala skillet-fry method, in a pressure cooker, toss in the boneless chicken pieces along with seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning, curd and garlic paste.

toss in 1 to 2 cups moisture, toss together well and pressure bubble gently till succulent, for 10 mins or 2 whistles.Switch off the burning up, allow the steam to release naturally and once the steam is released, take out the chicken and keep aside.burning up about half a cup of cooking oil in a deep frying skillet, and toss in the cooked chicken mixture to this, once the cooking oil is burning.Keep stirring for about 5 to 10 mins till all the moisture has evaporated and the chicken has absorbed the flavour of masalas added.

Take them out, finish off with coriander leaves and dish up burning.dish up Chicken Masala skillet-fry method along with Steamed Rice and Lahsuni Palak Dal method (Spinach & Lentil Curry with Garlic) for a weekday lunch.
