  • 1 large Onion

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Black Olives
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Shortening
  • 5 Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Beaten Eggs

Instructions

Make the filling: soften shortening in a large skillet over medium scalding up.
