  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 Onion - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger - chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - cubed
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Green Chilli - slit
  • 1 Spring Onion Greens - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoon Corn flour
  • 3 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making Chilli Egg formula, cook thoroughly the eggs to a hard boiled consistency.Take a mixing bowl and combine 2 teaspoons of cornflour, ginger paste, soya condiment dip, seasoning and pepper.Coat the hard boiled eggs with this above mixture and keep it aside.mildly hot a wok with 2 teaspoons of fat and sauté the eggs till the eggs get coated with the mixture.

Scoop out the eggs and keep them aside on a plate. To make the broth, in a mixing bowl, combine 3 teaspoons of liquid and corn baking flour.Turn on the wok, introduce some fat and sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies, and onions.

mix gently them for 2 mins.introduce the cornflour mixture and liquid.

Bring the mixture to a heat to boiling point and let the mixture reduce to a semi thick consistency.introduce the eggs to the mixture.

introduce in the soya condiment dip, diced capsicum and scallions.
