Make the orange condiment dip:
beat together condiment dip fixings in a medium dish.

Prep the chicken:
Cut chicken into about 1-inch cubes.

Remove fried chicken cubes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, so the chicken can empty out.

Repeat until all the chicken is cooked.

stew the chicken in the condiment dip:
Once chicken is done, stream in out burning cooking oil and wipe pot rinse.

mix in a pure tablespoon of cooking oil along with cut up garlic and shallot.

bring to temperature for a minute and then mix in the condiment dip.

stew the condiment dip until it starts to thicken.

Once the condiment dip is lightly bubbling, mix in fried chicken and toss together to coat.

The condiment dip should continue to thicken and stick to the chicken.
