Ingredients
2 Lbs Conchs
1 Onion
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
2 Scallions
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Seasoning
1 Coconut
1 tablespoon Flour
To taste Chilli
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tbs Vegetable Oil
Dash Salt
Splash Water
Instructions

Conch Stew preparing Directions
sanitize conch protein and pound to tenderize.

bring to a bubble gently conch for 2 - 3 hours or until yielding.

Make Sea Pie while conch cooks (procedure below).

Once cool, cut conch in bite size pieces and scented element.

mix in all elements, except dusting scented element, to pot and bubble gently for 10 to 20 mins.

mix gently dusting scented element with 1 cup moisture and stream in into pot to thicken.

mix in Sea Pie pieces and continue to fiery up for an additional 10 mins.

Sea Pie preparing Directions
Make pastry mix with dusting scented element, pinch of seasoning and moisture so that you can roll out as thin as possible, then cut into 2 ½” x 2 ½” squares.

Let set for 30 mins then stretch squares to thin them out and mix in to conch stew mixture.

dish up with white rice, plantain, breadfruit or your choice of vegetables.
