5 Bhetki fish - (Or sea bass steaks)
1 Onion - quartered
2 Onion - finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic - crushed
2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
2 Bay leaves (tej patta)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Sugar - (optional)
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
3 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt - to taste
1 Whole Egg - whipped
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs - (or more) for coating
Sunflower Oil - for frying
Instructions

Switch off and allow to cool till luke toasty so that it is effortless to handle with bare hands.Form 10 oval roundels and keep aside.Assembling and frying the Fish CroquettesSprinkle a little table salt and black pepper to the mashed potatoes and toss together well till combined.Divide the potatoes into 10 equal portions.Take one portion of mashed potato in the palm of your hand, make a well in the center.Place a portion of the fish filling in the potato well, bring the corners of the potato case together and put a lid on the fish stuffing.
