  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped or sliced
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Pizza seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes - halved
