  • 1 cup Black Urad Dal (Whole) - soaked overnight
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes - pureed
  • 1 Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream

Instructions

To begin making the Dal Bukhara method, pressure bubble gently the black grams with required cups liquid till done.

Remove and mash the dal mixture.toasty dairy spread in a heavy bottomed skillet. Splutter cumin and bay leaf.

introduce onions, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute till light brown.introduce tomato puree and seasoning.

incorporate everything well and bubble gently for about 3 to 5 moments.After 3 to 5 moments, introduce all the seasoning dusting seasoning including Kasuri methi, red chilli dusting seasoning, chaat masala, cumin dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning and bubble gently for two moments.After 2 moments, introduce the dal mixture, required the amount of liquid and let it bubble gently for few moments.Finally, introduce garam masala dusting seasoning and heavy cream and bubble gently for 2 to 3 moments.
