2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
Ginger - A small piece
1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf) - powdered
1/4 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Garam masala powder - Pinch
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
