1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
1/2 छोटा चमच्च काली उरद दाल
1 छोटा चमच्च चना दाल
4 काजू - तोड़ कर रोस्ट कर ले
3/4 बड़ा चमच्च मूंगफली - रोस्ट कर ले
